I was one of the presenters for the EJUG lightning talks on “Good Code” that happened on March 23, 2011. My topic was “Good Comments”. It turned out that I had some controversial ideas, and that combined with me not having had the opportunity to cull the presentation beforehand meant that I had way too much content. Bottom line: I'm not very good at lightning talks. I enjoyed the other presentations and the comments people had. It was a good session. I’ve attached my presentation materials; they are available below. I’m releasing them under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License. For those of you stuck on older versions of Eclipse, and who were interested in the spelling feature I mentioned, here’s an older article that includes instructions on how to get a dictionary. |
